Believing that you can make a very real difference is inspiring but it takes a lot of patience to realize and see the changes. Then there's the way that you think changing in a remarkable way. The adjustment is tricky and requires some processing as well. It shouldn't stop any of us because the rewards are inspiring too. Being willing and starting the action is very overwhelming.
